Mr. Hubby found out how to replace my keyboard after a curious toddler took the keys off mine (on a laptop). Watch videos, printed instructions,new keyboard came and he replaced it with ease.

I am personally a webmd freak. Any time I see anything odd I look it up.
Great post by the way! I totally agree, the internet is life changing!!

I couldn’t agree more, man! I have learned more in 10 years online, than most learn in a lifetime and I didn’t pay a dime. We’re pretty damn lucky to be around in this day and age.

I dropped out in my sophomore year of highschool and went on to be pretty successful and I owe it all to the internet. I am not encouraging people to drop out of school, but don’t let others tell you how to make a living, or how to get an education either. Look at all of your options, and follow the one that makes the most sense to you.

Now can you fix a knee that requires a $10,000 surgery? I will give you $5000 if you keep me from under the knife.

Absolutely Amy! Thanks for pointing that out! Here in Southern Maine, most of the town dumps (or transfer stations if you wanna give it that possessive spin, lol) have a Treasure Chest. It's a room, like a shed, that people can put their unwanted stuff that's still good into for the next person, (you and me), to go treasure hunting! I love it! Thanks for sharing!

Awesome Ideas!, that I put to use on a regular basis. Another thing many don’t know about is when you go to the dump to discard your household trash, Take a look around at the things other people discard. Its amazing and completely FREE! Example: Brand new keyboard in the box, unopened, and my boys LOVE IT! FREE! (and not a toy version keyboard either)
Often towns will let you take most anything, its less they have to pay to get rid of, but some town dumps don’t allow “picking”, so always ask so you don’t get barked at by the “Trash Attendant?”
